Tuna Pasta Salad

Introduction

This is a pasta salad that makes an entire meal! This is a pasta salad that makes an entire meal!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    * 1 can Tuna, (in Water)
    * Peas, fresh, 1 1/2 cups (frozen peas that have been thawed will work if you can't get fresh)
    * Italian Salad Dressing, diet, 1/2 cup
    * Ranch Salad Dressing, 1/2 cup (lite can be used to cut a few more calories)
    * Lemon juice, 1/4 cup
    * Garden Rotini Pasta, 16 oz pkg

Directions

1. Bring 8 cups water to a boil, add Pasta. Cook until al dente'.
2. Drain noodles using a colander, rinse noodles under cold water. Place noodles in a large bowl.
3. Add Italian Dressing, Ranch Dressing, and Lemon Juice. Toss pasta in the sauce until well coated.
4. Add Tuna and Peas. Toss until well mixed. Serve.

Makes 8 1-cup servings.
