- 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
- Juice of 5 limes
- 1/4 cup white onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 jalapeno pepper
- 2 tsp salt
2) Add the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl.
Serve on French bread or as a topping on steaks.
Best if left to sit in fridge for 20-30 minutes before serving but can also be served immediately.
**Tip** Roll limes on counter-top before squeezing to get the most juice out.
