Red Juice

Ingredients

    Kale- 2 leaves
    Spinach - fresh, 2 C
    Romaine or red leaf lettuce - 2 leaves
    apples - 2 small
    Celery stalks - large, 2 stalks
    Cucumber - 1 with peel
    ginger- small piece, the size of end of thumb
    Beet- 1 med or 1/2 large
    Carrot - 1 med to large
    tomato - 1 large

Directions

place all in juicer, drink right away or if can't, add a ground up vitamin c to try to stave off the oxidation.

Serving Size: makes about a 30 mixer blender cup
