Introduction

YUMMY breakfast .. fast and really flavorful YUMMY breakfast .. fast and really flavorful
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    2 large eggs
    1/2 cup no fat cottage cheese
    1 tsp blue cheese
    1/4 C fresh dill choped
    1 tsp all seasoning spice (no salt)
    1 tsp coconut oil (or spray)

Directions

Chop dill finely, whisk eggs, add cottage cheese and dill.
Coat small fry pan with coconut oil, add mixture, stir until almost firm (but still a little loose). Add additional dill and all season spices (no salt). Serve with 12 oz vegetable juice and ENJOY.
