2 large eggs
1/2 cup no fat cottage cheese
1 tsp blue cheese
1/4 C fresh dill choped
1 tsp all seasoning spice (no salt)
1 tsp coconut oil (or spray)
Coat small fry pan with coconut oil, add mixture, stir until almost firm (but still a little loose). Add additional dill and all season spices (no salt). Serve with 12 oz vegetable juice and ENJOY.
