Introduction

Makes 1 large filling serving or 2 regular servings. I like to pour 1/2 this soup over 1/2 cup of mashed cauliflower. A great way to stretch calories. Ingredients

    2 oz ground turkey
    2 crushed garlic cloves
    1 small onion chopped
    1/2 c can diced tomato
    1/2 c can pinto beans
    1/2 bell pepper yellow or any color, chopped
    1 c FF chicken broth
    1 tsp taco seasoning
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tbsp Parmesan Cheese

Directions

Spray non stick small caserole pan. Brown ground turkey with garlic, onion, pepper in pam coated over high heat. Add tomato, beaas, pepper, broth, and taco seasoning. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Top with grated parmesan cheese, if desired (optional)
