Ingredients

1 Apple peeled and coarsely chopped
2 cups of Old Fashioned Oats (not instant or quick)
3 1/4 C. Water
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Salt
Can add sugar or milk of your choice. That is not included.
Tips
Directions
Throw all ingredients into a large pot. Heat to a boil, turn down and cook for 10 minutes on medium. Stirring occasionally.
