Ingredients

    2 Cups Taco Meat
    4 Cups Romaine Lettuce
    1 Cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
    1 Tbs Onions, raw
    8 cherry halved
    4 Olives w/pimento, sliced
    1/3 Cup Mayonnaise(0carb)
    3 Tbs Salsa (lss than 3g carbs per serving)
    Dash of Salt to taste
    Cilantro, Fresh prefered, chopped
    Sour Cream, 2 tbsp (optional)

Directions

Arrange greens on 2 large plates. Top w. taco meat, then next 4 ingredients in order given.

Mix mayo, salsa, salt, and cilantro leaves. Spoon over salads evenly.
