Simple Homemade Granola Betty Style

2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. veg. oil
2 tbsp. Maple Syrup
2 Tbsp. water
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
2 Cups Whole Oats
1/2 Cup Rice Cereal
1/4 Cup Milled Flax Seed

Directions
Preheat oven to 300F.
In a large bowl mix together cinnamon, salt, honey, veg. oil, maple syrup, water and vanilla. Add the oats, rice cereal, and flax. Toss to coat. Spread on baking sheet lined with parchment and bake until dry and crisp, but not browned aprox. 30 Min.
Serving Size: Makes 12 1/4 Cup servings or 3 Cups
