Mushroom Omelete

Ingredients

    Mushrooms, fresh, 0.33 cup, chopped
    Egg, fresh, 1 medium
    Egg white, 1
    Water, 2 tbsp
    Salt to taste
    Black pepper to taste
    Cooking spray

Directions

Cook mushrooms in an omelete pan with cooking spray until just beginning to brown. Whisk egg, egg white, water, salt and pepper together in a bowl and add to pan, stirring continuously until just begining to set. Once set turn out onto a plate and enjoy.

    I added some groon onions I eat it again it was little and it got me though my workout - 5/15/08
