Pecans, 1 cup, pieces
Paprika, .25 tsp
Salt and pepper to taste
Egg, fresh, 1 large or equivalent in egg substitute
Tilapia filet, 4 - 3.5- 4oz
Land O Lakes light butter with canola oil, 1 tbsp or butter flavore cooking spray
In a small bowl, beat egg. Dip each fish fillet into egg, then dredge in the spiced pecan flour.
Meanwhile, heat butter or cooking spray in a large skillet over low heat.
Place each prepared filled in skilled and raise heat to medium-high; cook about 3 minutes per side, or until done, and fish flakes easily with a fork.
