Introduction

Ingredients

    1 can black beans
    1 can kidney beans, low sodium
    1 can black eyed peas
    1 can white beans (great northern or cannellini)
    1 medium or 1/2 large onion, diced
    1 green bell pepper, diced
    6 oz zesty italian salad dressing

Tips

the longer it sits, the better it tastes


Directions

drain and rinse beans, mix with diced onion and bell pepper. pour 6oz salad dressing over top, stir well. refridgerate an hour or longer. Stir well again before serving.

Serving Size: makes about 16 1/2 cup servings
