Butter Bean Soup

Ingredients

    Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    flour, 3 Tbl.
    Butter, salted, 2 tbsp
    Bush's Butter Beans, Baby, 3 Cup
    *Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 0.5 cup
    Water, tap, 4 cup (8 fl oz)
    Basil, .25 tbsp

Directions

In a large pan, cook celery, carrots, and onion in butter until soft. Add flour; cook and stir for 1 minute. Gradually add water, stirring until smooth. Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer for 20 to 25 minutes or until slightly thickened. Add salt and pepper to taste.
