Introduction

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    Tuna, Canned in Water, 1 can
    Onions, raw, 2 slice, medium (1/8" thick)
    Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia)
    Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.33 cup, chopped
    Kraft Parmesan Cheese (2 tsp serving), 1.5 serving
    Pepper, black, 3 dash
    Garlic powder, .5 tsp
    *Lemon Juice, 2 fl oz
    nature’s own 9-grain bread (40 cal/slice), 4 serving

Tips

you can also use a tortilla and put shredded lettuce in as well.


Directions

chop all veggies and put in bowl
open tuna can, drain and empty in bowl
add spices and juice, I added just a little bit but you can experiment with other seasonings
mix together
toast your bread and top with tuna.

Serving Size: makes enough tuna for 4 toast breads - 2/person
