Chicken Stir-Fry

    16 oz chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
    4 cups frozen stir-fry veggies
    2 garlic cloves, minced

    1 Tbs. reduced-sodium soy sauce
    1 tsp. hoisin sauce
    1 cup warm water
    1 Tbs. cornstarch
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    1 tsp. sweet chili sauce


Spray non-stick skillet or wok with cooking spray. Cook chicken and garlic over med-high heat until no longer pink. Add vegetables and stir-fry until veggies are tender. Meanwhile, combine sauce ingredients. Pour over chicken and veggies and stir until thickened.

Serving Size: Makes approx 4 1-cup servings
