Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb Ground beef, 2 potatoes (cut small), 8 cups of beef broth, half an onion (big slices), and any veggies you have in the freezer!

Directions

Brown ground beef. Add all the other ingredients in a big pot. Bring to a boil and then let simmer for about 45 mins. Serve and enjoy! Super easy!

Serving Size: 4 big servings or 8 smaller (to eat with salad or half a sandwich for a meal)
