Introduction

A combination of beta carotene and potassium in one drink. A combination of beta carotene and potassium in one drink.

Ingredients

    1 cup frozen strawberries, frozen or thawed
    2 medium kiwis, skin removed and sliced
    2 medium bananas
    2 medium carrots cut up or 10 baby carrots
    1 cup almond milk (substitute with soy for protein or nut allergies)

Directions

Place all ingredients into blender. Blend for 45 seconds. Should be slightly or completely runny. Remaining servings can be refrigerated up to three days.

Serving Size: Makes two and a half 8 ounce servings
