Ingredients

1 box brown rice pasta
1 cup cherry tomatoes cut in half
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1 large red bell pepper
1 large onion, diced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium yellow summer squash
1 medium zucchini squash
12 spears asparagus
1 cup coconut milk
Tips
Directions
Put entire box of pasta on to boil. While pasta is boiling, slice veggies into bite-sized pieces and saute in olive oil. Add tomatoes and coconut milk to veggies and cook till hot. Drain pasta, add and enjoy!
