Ingredients

    *barilla lasagna - 1 noodle, 5 serving (remove)
    Newman's Own Sockarooni Sauce, 1/2 cup, 5 serving (remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices (remove)
    *Zucchini - medium, 1 serving (remove)
    *1 med yellow onion, .5 serving (remove)
    Olive Oil, 1 1tsp (remove)
    Garlic, 2 clove (remove)
    Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk, 16 oz (remove)
    *2% mozzarella Cheese, 1.5 cup (remove)
    *1 brown egg, 2 serving (remove)
    Salt, 2 dash (remove)
    Pepper, black, 3 dash (remove)
    *Jennie-O Extra Lean Ground Turkey, 6 oz (remove)
    Ground beef, lean, 6 oz (remove)

Directions

Slice zucchini and mushrooms, lay flat on oiled baking sheet, and bake while you brown the meat. Saute meat, onion, and garlic together. Otherwise, assemble and cook as instructed on pasta box, layering veggies along with meat and cheese.
