Number of Servings: 10


    1 15 oz cans of dark red kidney beans
    1 large can of diced tomatoes
    1 pkg yves veggie beef
    1 - 2 onions
    2 celery sticks
    2 carrots
    1 red bell pepper
    2 tsp cumin
    2 tsp basil
    2 tsp chili powder
    1.5 tsp salt
    black pepper and cayenne, to taste


serve with rice


Brown the yves ground beef.
Meanwhile, saute the onions, carrots and celery with spices for 5 minutes. Add the bell pepper. When the vegetables are tender, add the turkey, beans and tomatoes and let simmer until everything is tender.
