Tips
This is a wonderful crust. I'd tweeked it a LOT from the original. I'm a fairly seasoned cook so i wasnt hesitant to try a few different things. I might season the crust a litle next time too!
Directions
put ingredients in bread machine according to your machines instructions. Set for dough setting. ( on mine, its 120 minutes cycle)
When cycle is done, divide dough out to 8 portions. roll or pat out to desired thickness, i prefere a thin crust so rolled them plate sized. bake at 500 degrees for about 10 minutes . I did a couple at a time and sprinkled corn meal on the baking sheet. I tried spraying pam on the crust before baking, I tried taking a fork and pricking the dough before baking, and i tried leaving the dough alone and just baking it..all worked beautifully. Play around, and find your desired method! You could also just roll this out to make 2 large pizza's. With only 2 in my home, that wasnt a perfect option!! Lol
Serving Size: 8 - 10 individual crusts
