Healthy Bread Pudding

Ingredients

    * HEB Honey Wheat, 7 slices
    * *Splenda, 1/2 cup
    * Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    * Salt, 1/4 tsp
    * *Egg white, 3
    * Milk, nonfat, 1 cup
    * Margarine 1 Tbls
    * Raisins, 1/2 cup

Directions

Spray cooking spray in loaf pan
Preheat oven 350 degrees
Tear bread in pieces and put in pan, add raisins. Set aside. Melt margarine and mix with egg whites, Splenda, milk, cinnamon and salt. Pour mixture over bread and raisins and mix well.

Bake 30 minutes or until lightly browned
