2 pkg cubed ham
(2) 6oz plain greek yogurt
1/2c saltines (approx 12)
1/2c shredded swiss cheese
4tsp caraway seed
I also add veggies like fresh onion, fresh mushrooms, or even salsa.
In a large bowl mix 1st 6 ingredients
In a smaller bowl mix eggs, add pepper to taste no salt needed.
beat eggs until lemony yellow looking.
Fold into the ham mixture
transfer to a 9x13 cake pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 20 to 25min or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
let rest 5 min.
cut into 8 equal squares, Each person gets two squares or cut calories in half by only eating 1 square.
Serving Size: 2 squares (1/4 pan)
