Ingredients



    Grilled Chicken Breast (no skin) 6 oz., 1 serving
    Carrots, raw, 5 strip, medium
    Celery, raw, 8 strip (4" long)
    Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced
    Broccoli, fresh, 3 spear (about 5" long)
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Garlic, 1 clove
    Whole Wheat Penne (dry), 2 oz
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 tbsp

Directions

Cook Penne Pasta in water until tender about 8 minutes. Drain and set aside. While Chicken is grilling. Saute the Vegetables in the Olive Oil with the garlic until Crisp tender. Place the Penne in a shollow Bowl, top with the vegetables, then the Chicken cut in strips. and sprinkle the Parm Cheese on top.
