Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    12 Chicken Thighs, no skin
    1 tbl Cornstarch
    1 tbl water
    0.5 c Granulated Sugar/Honey
    0.5 c Soy Sauce
    0.25 c Cider Vinegar
    1 cloved Garlic, minced
    0.5 tsp Ginger, ground
    0.25 tsp Pepper, black

Tips

I usually reduce this to only 4 thighs and they are cooked in about 35 minutes.


Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Mix all ingredients, minus chicken thighs. Heat in a saucepan on low heat until it bubbles.

Place thighs in a sprayed 9x13 pan. Pour sauce over.

Bake 30 minutes. Flip chicken. Bake 30 minutes more. Baste approx. every 10 minutes. Let sit 15 minutes after cooking.
