Ingredients

    1 onion, large dice
    1 yellow pepper, large dice
    1 red pepper, large dice
    2 chicken breasts, roasted
    2 garlic cloves
    0.5 cup parsley (handful)
    0.25 cup chicken stock
    turmeric
    ginger
    cayenne

Directions

Saute the onions, peppers, and garlic with a splash of the chicken stock. Add more chicken stock as needed to prevent sticking. Saute until softened. Add the pre-cooked chicken breasts, cut into cubes or shredded. Add spices to taste. Cook until heated through. Serve in lettuce.
