Turkey and 3 Bean Chili


Great tasting chili packed full of protein and fiber. Great tasting chili packed full of protein and fiber.
Number of Servings: 14


    Extra Lean Ground Turkey - 500g
    1 onion - diced
    Black Beans - 1 can (540ml)
    Red Kidney Beans - 1 can (796ml)
    Chickpeas - 1 can (540ml)
    Green Chilies - 1 can (127ml)
    Diced Tomatoes - 1 can (796ml)
    Tomato Sauce - 1 can (398ml)
    Chili powder - 2 tbsp
    Cayenne pepper - to taste


Optional: can add 1 cup corn
Can omit turkey to make vegetarian


Brown ground turkey and diced onion in a skillet.
Combine all ingreadients in slowcooker and cook for 6-8 hours.

Serving Size: Makes 14 1 cup servings
