Introduction
A delicious breakfast you can make either sweet or savory, that keeps you full all morning (at least)! A delicious breakfast you can make either sweet or savory, that keeps you full all morning (at least)!Number of Servings: 1
Ingredients

,3 whites, 1/2 c. rolled oats (Quaker Oats),
optional: .5 tablespoon of VT Maple Syrup
optional: 2 oz of skim milk
Tips
Directions
Add all ingredients to bowl, mix well.
Spray non-stick spray (Pam, for example) in a skillet or frying pan.
Add the mixture, Cook till set. Fold over and let cook some more.
Flip like you would a pancake. or cut and flip
Let cook another 2-3 minutes
There are lots of options for seasoning, which I'm sure people will add to below. I prefer some combination of cayenne, hot sauce, and a moroccan spice blend I have at home. Some people make it sweet with honey, berries, bananas, cinnamon, splenda, agave nevtar, truvia, etc. Everyone feel free to add your preferred eggs-n-oats prep below!
