Saturday Night Pizza

Number of Servings: 8


    2 tbsp olive oil
    3 3/4 cup flour
    2 tbsp sugar
    1 tsp salt
    2 tsp rapid rise yeast
    1 1/4 cup water
    1 cup tomato sauce
    20 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
    mixed vegetables for topping


Put dough ingredients in bread maker and make dough.

Stretch dough onto pizza pan.

Top with sauce, cheese and toppings.

Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes one round pizza-- 8 good slices
