Had something similar to this while in Rome. The hotel we were staying at had a yogurt bar for breakfast and this was some of the stuff I put in mine for breakfast. So yummy! Ingredients

    1 cup non fat greek yogurt plain
    1 TB flax seeds
    1 TB pumpkin seeds, unsalted
    1 TB raw coconut
    1 TB granola

Tips

You can mix this up with any healthy toppings.
