Ingredients

    Coconut Milk Chaokoh Brand, 0.67 cup
    Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, .25 cup
    *Splenda, 1 tsp
    Salt, 0.5 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    Pepper, red or cayenne, .5 tsp
    Vanilla Extract, .5 tsp
    SweetLeaf Stevia Plus - 1 packet, 1 serving

Directions

Makes 11 tablespoon servings.

1. Bring coconut milk to room temperature.
2. Mix dry ingredients together in a separate bowl.
3. When coconut milk has warmed to a liquid state, add to the dry ingredients.
4. Mix well and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Note: For an interesting texture, try using rock salt.
