Ingredients

9 strips morningstar bacon
1 cup broccoli, fresh chopped
1/3 cup red onion finely chopped
6 eggs
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup water
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
Tips
Directions
Cook the vegetarian bacon and crumble it, saute the onion and broccoli. Mix egg, water, and spices together, then mix broccoli/onion mix and bacon. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Check doneness by inserting a knife in the middle, if it comes out cleanly it is done. Melt cheese on top.
