3/4 cup spinach
1/3 red pepper (cut into strips)
1/3 yellow pepper (cut into strips)
1/3 orange pepper (cut into strips)
2 cups of low fat mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 cups of light tomato and basil sauce
3 slices of Jenny-O turkey bacon (cut into pieces)
1 whole wheat pizza dough
Keep an eye on the pizza to see when it is done since bake time may vary for different ovens. (mine cooks slightly fast I've found)
Pre-cook the bacon to avoid greasy pizza
1.Spread the dough over a large greased pizza pan.
2.Spread sauce evenly over pizza dough.
3.Sprinkle Cheese evenly over pizza covering the sauce.
4.Put peppers, spinach and turkey bacon over pizza.
5.Put pizza into oven on lower over rack (i use 2nd from bottom) to bake for 18-20 mins.
6.Take out and let cool for 5 minutes before cutting and serving.
Serving Size: makes 1 large pizza
