Ingredients

    Sashimi Grade Tuna- 4-6 oz
    Kikkoman Ponzu sauace - 1-2 tablespoons
    olive oil- I use a couple of sprays from the misto
    Jalapeno pepper sliced thin
    Lime sliced thin

Tips

I generally serve this with some quinoa or a green salad.


Directions

Season Tuna with S&P
Get a grill pan smoking hot.
Cook the tuna no more than 2 minutes per side depending on thickness and degree of doneness you prefer. I like mine pretty raw so I do about 1 1/2 minutes per side.

Plate the tuna, cover with Ponzu Sauce and serve limes and jalapenos on the side.
