Is full of vitamins and minerals.
3 tbls canola oil
.5 Chicken Breast, with skin,
2 Chicken Thigh,
Tomato Sauce, 3 cup
Onions, raw, 1 cup,
Garlic, 3 cloves
*Potato, raw, 2 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia)
cut into large chunks.
2 tsp. garam masala
3 tsp. curry powder
2 tsp cayenne pepper (or to taste)
1 tsp salt
Add tomato sauce, spices and chicken.
Simmer 30 min. or until chicken is not quite done.
Add potatoe chunks and cook until done.
Add enough boiling water to just cover.
Keep testing, and stir not to have ingredients stick
to bottom of pot.
Serve with roti's and steamed rice on the side.
