Introduction

This is how I mix up my morning shake. This is how I mix up my morning shake.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 scoop Life's Basics Plant Protein Mix (Pea, Hemp, Rice with Chia Seed)
    1 cup Kale, rinsed and torn into small pieces
    1/2 cup frozen Berries
    2 Tbsp Flax Seed Meal
    3/4 cup Coconut Milk
    3/4 cup Water

Directions

Place all ingredients into the Nutribullet mixing cup and blend until smooth.

Serving Size: 1

    I use rice milk instead of coconut milk and a full cup of berries but otherwise the same as this recipe. This shake is delicious and is so easy to make. Sometimes I have it for lunch too. - 11/16/13
