Ingredients

2 tbsp cup flax seed meal
1/2 teas. baking powder
1 packet truvia
1/4 teas. cinnamon
1/2 small apple grated
1 large egg
1 teas. butter, melted (I use Smart Ones Buttery Spread)
Tips
Directions
Mix dry ingredients in a mug or a bowl , add butter, apple, and egg and mix well. Microwave for 1.5 minutes on high.
