Ingredients

    Oats, 1 cup
    Almonds, 1 cup
    Coconut, toasted, 1 cup
    Flax Seed Meal 1 cup
    Cinnamon, ground, 2 tbsp
    Apricots, dried, .75 cup
    Craisins, 0.75 cup
    Honey, .66 cup

Directions

Combine oats, almonds, and coconut and bake at 375 for 15 minutes
Toss above with the rest of the ingredients and spean in a cake pan
Bake at 300 for 20 minutes

Serving Size: Makes 10 1 inch squares
