Salsa Tostadas with Light Sour Cream

Introduction

I created this snack which takes only 10 minutes to prepare, and is too tasty to be true. I created this snack which takes only 10 minutes to prepare, and is too tasty to be true.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Romaine Lettuce (salad),thinly sliced 2 inner leaf
    Onions, raw, 1/2 cup cup, chopped
    *cilantro (fresh) chopped, 1/2 cup
    *1/4th tsp. Cumin Powder,
    Salt, 1/4th tsp
    *Fresh Lemon Juice from 1 lemon, .5 serving
    *Green Giant Fresh Baby Cut Carrots, 1 oz
    Tomatoes Large 2
    *Daisy Light Sour Cream, 8 tbsp
    El Ranchero Tostadas, 4 serving

Tips

Try adding Black beans for some fiber and protein.


Directions

Chop the Onions, Tomatoes, baby carrots, lettuce leaves, 1 serrano pepper (seedless please)and cilantro and add in a bowl. Add salt, cumin powder and squeeze some fresh lemon juice. keep on a side
Now take 1 tostada, spread this salsa on the tostada and top it of with 1 to 2 tbsp of sour cream.
Enjoy cause its a delicious snack.
