Ingredients

    1 cup (3 packets) dry oatmeal
    2 scoops of whey protein
    3 dashes of cinnamon
    1/8 cup light maple syrup(sub with equivalent brown sugar)
    1 tbsp flaxseed (or chopped almonds/peanut butter)
    12oz water (or low fat milk)

Tips

used Raisin & Spice oatmeal...lower cals with other kinds


Directions

cook oatmeal first then cool, put all ingredients in blender

Serving Size: makes 2-6oz servings
