Rumbamel's Greek Frozen Smoothie with Fiber

Introduction

We bought some wonderful Dole frozen fruit at Sam's and some Fage Greek yogurt and I decided to make smoothies for everyone this morning. YUM! I added my fiber powder to help everyone out, too. We bought some wonderful Dole frozen fruit at Sam's and some Fage Greek yogurt and I decided to make smoothies for everyone this morning. YUM! I added my fiber powder to help everyone out, too.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    -1 1/2 C Tropicana Pure Premium plus Calcium fresh orange juice
    -1 C Fage 0 % fat Greek yogurt
    -4 heaping t Clear and Natural fiber powder from Metamucial
    -2 C Dole frozen fruit Signature Blends

Tips

Makes a nice balanced breakfast with healthy toast or waffles with cream cheese or peanut butter.(need fat to absorb your vitamins)


Directions

---Add the orange juice 1st then the frozen fruit and powder and then the yogurt. Cover and pulse and process until smooth.

---Makes 4 servings of 1 C each.
