1-1/2 cup cooked wild rice
1/4 cup walnuts
1/4 cup finely diced carrots
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 - 1/2 cup leeks or green onions
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 large egg
olive oil, for frying
Mix flour and baking powder together, then mix with the rest. Spoon into a hot oiled pan and fry.
