Chrissy's Garlic Cheese Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

    4 Med. Potatoes (about 3 inch diameter)
    1 tsp. Minced Garic
    1/3 C Nonfat Milk
    2 Tbsp Brummel & Brown Spread
    1 oz. shredded Asiago Cheese (about 1 rounded 1/4 cup)
    1 1/2 tsp. Dried Parsley
    Salt & Black Pepper to taste
    1/2 cup of Reserved Water from boiling potatoes

Directions

Clean and rinse potatoes. With skins on dice and place in boiling salted water with garlic. Cook until potatoes are fork tender (10-12 minutes). Drain and reserve 1/2 cup of water. Add milk, margarine, parsley, salt and pepper and mash. Adjust the amount of water you add back to the creaminess you want. Fold in cheese.
