Ingredients

    Yamabuki Yellow Miso Paste, 4 tbsp
    Dynasty Shittake Dried Black Mushrooms (.5 oz for 9 mushrooms), 6 gram(s)(remove)
    *Fuero Wakame, 1/4 c. dry, 7.5 gram(s)
    *Naysoya Tofuplus Firm (3oz), 1 serving - cubed
    *Daikon Radish, 0.5 cup - sliced/cubed
    *Yambean (jicama), .5 cup sliced/cubed
    *Green Onion, raw, 1 stalk, 12 gram(s) chopped
    Water, tap, 4 cups

Directions

1) Bring water to boil... add all ingredients except miso and onion - allow veggies to cook and mushroom and seaweed to reconstitute.... about 3-5 minutes
