Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, 1.25 breast, bone and skin removed
Mayonnaise, regular (mayo), 1 tbsp
Greek Yogurt, Fage 2%, .25 cup
Raisins, .25 cup, packed
Pecans, toasted .125 cup, chopped
Curry powder, 1 tsp
2. add mayo, yogurt, raisins, toasted pecans & curry powder into a bowl and stir well to combine ingredients.
3. dice chicken into desired size and add to bowl.
4. stir to combine
Serving Size: makes 2 large servings/fills 2 large sandwiches
