Spicy Baked Shrimp

Ingredients

    1/2 cup olive oil
    2 tbsp cajun seasoning
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
    1 tbsp honey
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    pinch cayenne pepper
    2 lbs uncooked shrimp, shelled, deveined

Tips

serve over white or brown rice or with bread.


Directions

Combine top 7 ingredients in 9 x 13 baking dish
add shrimp
refrigerate 1 hour

preheat oven to 450 degrees
cook 10 minutes
