Homemade Blackberry Ice Cream

Ingredients

    In a bowl, mix
    2 Can of evaporated Milk
    1 tbsp of lemon juice
    1 tbsp of vanilla extract
    1 1/2 cups of white sugar
    4 Eggs
    3-4 cups of Berries. I used fresh blackberries for this recipe.

    Mix together, I used my KitchenAid mixer, then I used the KitchenAid ice cream attachment to make the ice cream. Just pour it into the ice cream attachment and set it to stir for 25-30 minutes. It helps to mix the ingredient and put it in the refrigerator to get really cold before putting it in the ice cream attachment.
    It's done and it's wonderful!
