Overnight Oatmeal

Ingredients

    1 cup coconut milk
    1/2 cup rolled oats (not quick cooking)
    1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 TBSP raisins
    2 TBSP ground flaxseed

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and cover and place in fridge overnight. Heat in microwave in the morning.
