Introduction

These veggies are great stuffed in pita bread halves with hummus. These veggies are great stuffed in pita bread halves with hummus.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3 small zucchini
    1 c grape tomatoes
    4 oz broccoli
    1 sweet red pepper
    1 medium onion
    2 tbs olive oil
    1 tbs chopped garlic

Directions

Slice zucchini, sweet red pepper,and onions. Broccoli should be in small pieces and tomatoes are left whole. Place the veggies on a baking sheet and drizzle with oil. Sprinkle with garlic. Bake in a preheated 425 degree oven for 15 minutes. Serve on bread of choice
