Introduction

The stuffing makes this meatloaf melt in your mouth, so moist! The stuffing makes this meatloaf melt in your mouth, so moist!

Ingredients

    1 cup onion
    1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
    1 tsp hot pepper sauce
    1 1/2 lbs extra lean ground beef
    3/4 cup ketchup divided
    1 6 oz package stuffing mix
    2 egg whites

Tips

Fabulous served cold as left-overs, too!


Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine ground beef with 1/4 cup of ketchup, sauces, onion, stuffing mix, and eggs. Put the meat mixture in a loaf pan or similar pan with sides and form into loaf. Spread remaining ketchup on top of meat and bake 55-60 mins, or until 160 degrees inside temp.
