Ingredients

    500g blade steak
    1 onions sliced
    2 garlic cloves crushed
    250g mushrooms sliced
    1/4 cup tomato paste
    1/2 cup tomato soup or puree
    1 tablespoons paprika or 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
    200ml beef stock
    1 heaped teaspoon prepared mustard (omit if using dijon)
    1/2 cup lite soup cream
    salt and pepper to taste
    serve over 1 cup egg noodles

Directions

Place all ingredients into the slow cooker except for mushrooms and sour cream.
Stir well to combine
Cook on medium for 7-9 hours or 4-5 hours on high.
Add mushrooms 1 hour before serving and stir in sour cream 20 minutes before serving.
Serve with egg noodles - add extra 145 calories for 1 cup
or steamed vegetables for a healthy option.
